Our Neighbourhood

Deerwood Place Estates is located at 3950 Biggs Road, Nanaimo, British Columbia and is a Retire West Community. There are over 275 homes in the park and residents are proud owners. There is a clubhouse, storage facility, recycling and landscape refuse compound, RV storage, on-site park managers who maintain the stunning common landscaped areas, snow removal, manage park rules and regulations, approve new ownership of homes for sale, as well, Weber Park, our very own community park for walking your pets. Age restrictions apply to ownership in the park and one owner must be 55 years of age.
